Surely not&#8230;), my copy of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/0954831837\">that book<\/a> has yet to arrive. As and when it does, expect a brief review to appear here &#8211; and, if all goes according to plan, also in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.the-tls.co.uk\/\">the TLS<\/a>.
