Instead I shall plant in your minds, this chilly morn, wonderful images of an oiled and wriggling Mandelson rubbing his speedos and beckoning, always beckoning, with a sly look on his face and a twinkle in his eye &#8211; &#8220;Come to Mandy,&#8221; he says, &#8220;Don&#8217;t be afraid&#8230;&#8221;.
