And it remains nearly as amusing when you find out that translates as &#8220;passionate&#8221; (according to Babelfish, at any rate &#8211; my German&#8217;s terrible&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>If you can read the linked article, it&#8217;s basically Blair&#8217;s pitch to the people of Germany. Sadly, though, it comes across as all &#8220;me me me&#8221;, not even acknowledging that Germany pays more than everyone, and that that&#8217;s unfair too. That&#8217;s the way to get &#8217;em onside, Tony old boy.
