Ever heard of him? He&#8217;s the former Prime Minister of Portugal, yet must have done some other stuff. But <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=Jos%C3%A9+Manuel+Barroso&amp;sourceid=mozilla-search&amp;start=0&amp;start=0&amp;ie=utf-8&amp;oe=utf-8\">Google<\/a> for him and that&#8217;s pretty much all you can find out on the first page of results. At least in English. It takes a bit more patience to find <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wordiq.com\/definition\/Jos%E9_Dur%E3o_Barroso\">a more in-depth biography<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It turns out he was a communist. Which is <i>always<\/i> encouraging. Plus supported the invasion of Iraq.
