This was, in part, due to his assumption that he&#8217;d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/main.jhtml?xml=\/news\/2004\/09\/10\/nukip10.xml&amp;sSheet=\/news\/2004\/09\/10\/ixhome.html\">have the backing of the UKIP&#8217;s major financial backer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He doesn&#8217;t. Ha ha ha ha ha!<\/p>\n<p>In fact so spooked was the financial bod in question, Yorkshire eurosceptic millionaire <a href=\"http:\/\/ayup.co.uk\/loud\/loud0-1.html\">Paul Sykes<\/a>, by Kilroy&#8217;s rabid rants against all and sundry (especially his determination to wipe out the Tories as a poitical force in this country) that he&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.politics.co.uk\/party-politics\/ukip-lose-major-financial-backer-$3538239.htm\">withdrawn his support entirely<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s a shame. The UK Independence Party haven&#8217;t got any money any more. They won&#8217;t be able to spend insane amounts of money on massive billboard campaigns.
