Just as the powers that be are prepared to <a href=\"http:\/\/society.guardian.co.uk\/crimeandpunishment\/comment\/0,,1757311,00.html\">abandon victims of miscarriages of justice<\/a>, they also seem quite happy to ignore the victims of terrorism.
