To be fair to the mustachioed one, he&#8217;s made some sensible points against the thing in the past. Not this time, though, and his constituents&#8217; concerns will go unheard, even though Galloway himself (in a rare visit to the Commons) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.publications.parliament.uk\/pa\/cm200506\/cmhansrd\/cm050719\/debtext\/50719-19.htm\">told the House<\/a> that &#8220;the residents and small businesses of my constituency will pay the greatest price&#8221; if the Bill is passed.
